What's in the package?
How do I get my products to you? It’s easy. Once we agree on the quote, you pack your items and ship them to my studio in Slovakia. I will let you know the moment they arrive safely. After the shoot is finished and the photos are delivered, I ship your products back to you.
How long will it take to get my photos? It really depends on how many photos are required. For a 10 photo set it could take 2 business days after the shoot, depending on the complexity of the post production. If you have a tight deadline, let me know during the "Get a Quote" step, and I will do my best to fit your schedule.
I’m not a model. What if I don’t know how to pose for my portrait? Don’t worry, you are not alone! My job is to guide you. I will tell you exactly how to stand and what to do with your hands. We’ll keep it relaxed so your portrait looks natural and professional.
Do I own the rights to the photos? Yes. Once the final payment is made, you have the full right to use the photos for your website, social media, and marketing, forever. There are no hidden "usage fees" or expiring licenses.
What if I need a photo edited differently? I want you to love the results. My service includes professional retouching, but if you need a specific adjustment after delivery, just let me know. I provide post-delivery support to make sure everything is perfect.
Who pays the product shipping? The client is responsible for shipping costs to the studio. The cost from the studio to your works, is on us.
Can you match the style of my existing website? Yes. During our "Strategy & Mood Board" step, we look at your current website and brand colours. I make sure the new photos blend in perfectly so your brand looks consistent and professional.
How should I prepare the products? I will send you a short guide with simple tips. It explains how to choose the best items, and the safest way to pack them for shipping.
Do you offer "lifestyle" shots or just plain backgrounds? I do both. Whether you need clean "Amazon-style" white backgrounds or lifestyle shots with props that show your product in use, we will decide on the best look while creating the mood board.
What do I need to prepare before a portrait session? Once we book your date, I’ll send you a simple guide. It covers everything from what to wear to how to prepare your skin and hair. I make sure you feel prepared and confident before you ever step in front of the camera.
Can I see the photos before they are finished? Absolutely! After the shoot, I provide a "selection gallery" where you can pick your favorite shots. Once you choose the ones you love most, I go on with the editing to make you look great.
